Superfood Energy Bliss Balls

In preparation for the release of my upcoming program, The Sweet Life: Sugar-Free in 30 Days, I've been busy creating new sugar-free recipes that also just so happen to be 100% delicious....this is one of those recipes.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • ½ chopped red or green apple

Directions:Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and roll into tablespoon sized balls in the palm of your hands.Roll through coconut flakes.Place in freezer for 60 minutes or up to as long as it takes to devour these![yumprint-recipe id='67']
